Combining a career history of 24 years’ experience as a banker and as a learning and development professional with an educational background in law, Shajeev is a commercially-oriented consultant with excellent relationship management and communication skills.

Having worked for many years leading teams as a senior corporate banker and personally experiencing what business pressure can do to you as a leader and as a person, he has made it his mission to create memorable learning that contextualises skills and practices for participants so that they can readily apply them in real life.

Shajeev has worked with clients in the restaurant industry, banking and finance, petroleum, manufacturing, FMCG and trading businesses globally: he is as much at home running a workshop for a group of four as he is a culture-change programme for an audience of 250.
